Equestrian Estates.

Equestrian Estates is a Flagstaff Community on the West Side, designed specifically for the horse aficionado. Developed in the 1990s, each home enjoys mostly treed, 1+ acre lots. Equestrian Estates is adjacent to forested horse trails.  Homes are Custom Homes and are considered Luxury Flagstaff Homes.  While there are no longer public equestrian facilities, it is a small, prive enclave, unique in Flagstaff.  Equestrian Estates is off of Woody Mountain Road and is close to hiking, biking, forest, Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club and the Flagstaff Arboretum.
